This global pharmaceutical company, whose mission is to extend and enhance human life, asserted it’s leadership when deciding to convert an unoccupied laboratory building into a LEED Silver Certified executive office building as part of their global branding effort to promote sustainability.

In addition to recycled and salvaged materials, the project features rainwater collection, water saving plumbing fixtures, raised floor air distribution, interior lighting controlled by photosensors, exterior light shelves/bris-soleil and modular partitions that can be reorganized with minimal waste.

Winter Street Architects worked closely with the end user groups during the design process and monitored all sustainability issues/project goals and costs through all phases.
