This renovation and adaptation of the Salem Laundry Building, located in historic downtown Salem, satisfied the market demands for new residential and retail space while bringing new life to two underused historic buildings.  Three new floors of luxury residential condominiums were added above the existing warehouse buildings, all with valet parking and many with balconies or roof decks.

The renovation also included extensive envelope restoration and replacement while maintaining the industrial character of the buildings.
