Town of Chelsea, Massachusetts

A comprehensive review of the current Fire Station facilities in the City of Chelsea revealed that although strategically located, the existing headquarters were no longer adequate in providing public safety services to the municipality. Winter Street assembled a detailed program for a new facility and presented an impressive schematic design to the Building Committee.
