Town of Dracut, Massachusetts

After completion of the East Dracut Fire Station, the Town of Dracut was pleased with both the product and process and hired Winter Street Architects again to design their new Central Fire Station and Headquarters.

This new 15,000 SF station houses management and public functions in one wing and living quarters in another, both flanking a five bay state-of-the-art apparatus area. The two million dollar station was completed at the beginning of April, 2002.

This project came in both on schedule and within the budgetary limitations that the town of Dracut had established.
